    I’m not sure i can agree with this. If a little plastic toy is such a huge problem for parents to overcome then there is a bigger problem with how that parent interacts with their child. Having a 3 year-old I know it can be difficult for a parent when their child really wants something and one could even say it’s a little heartbreaking to tell them no. But to me, there is no difference between telling a kid no in the toy isle at Target or telling them no at McDonalds. If the child is more interested in the toy than the food, than the parent should have no problem choosing the healthy alternatives. I promise you they’ll eat it. To them they’ve received their prize and are happy with that.
