This is Bullshit and I’m Tired of It …
You know what, I’m tired of all this bullshit…
I’m really tired of getting pushed around the automated telephone system.
I’m tired of talking to goddamned incompetent people that don’t know anything about the product they sell or how to resolve a simple issue.
I’m tired of big corporations thinking they can sneak one by the unsuspecting consumer because they know a majority of them are too tired, too lazy or too fed up to deal with their crap.
I’m tried of being made to feel like I don’t know what I’m talking about or that I’m crazy when I call with an issue and your try to tell me 5 times in a row that I’m wrong when I know in my heart of hearts I’m right.
It’s bullshit that you know if you make your system just complicated enough most people will not finish what they start.
I’m tired of being placed on hold, transferred, deferred to a new department, processes, denied, reprocessed, passed along, ignored, and passed off.
I’m tired of being taken advantage of, over charged, misguided, falsely accused, intimidated and pushed around.
i’m tired of wasting a perfectly good, productive evening on the phone getting aggravated by your inability to do your job.
and most of all, I’m tired of your stupid hold music.
(written in 00:45:32 while on hold with Comcast, after talking to four different people to be told I can disregard the problem.)
